Qualification for Bonus Level Position

A-1 Position

To attain this bonus level position a distributor must be personally qualified and have onequalified leg for that calendar month.

 

A-2 Position

To attain this bonus level position a distributor must be personally qualified and have two qualified legs for that calendar month.

 

A-3 Position

To attain this bonus level position a distributor must be personally qualified and have three qualified legs for that calendar month.

 

Bronze

To attain this bonus level position a distributor must be personally qualified and have four qualified legs for that calendar month.

 

Silver

To attain this bonus level position a distributor must be personally qualified and have five qualified legs for that calendar month.

 

Gold

To attain this bonus level position a distributor must be personally qualified and have six qualified legs for that calendar month.

 

Diamond

To attain this bonus level position a distributor must be personally qualified and have seven qualified legs for that calendar month.

 

Pin Levels and Vesting
 

By reaching the position of Bronze for Five consecutive months the distributor will receive a lapel pin signifying that the distributor is vested at the Bronze position.

 

By reaching the position of Silver for Five consecutive months the distributor will receive a lapel pin signifying that the distributor is vested at the Silver position.

 

By reaching the position of Gold for Five consecutive months the distributor will receive a lapel pin signifying that the distributor is vested at the Gold position.

 

By reaching the position of Diamond for Five consecutive months the distributor will receive a lapel pin signifying that the distributor is vested at the Diamond position.

Bonus Pools
 

Diamond Bonus Pool: For each calendar month we will reserve 1% of the company's hardware sales and place it in the Diamond Pool. The Pool will then be divided equally among all the qualified Diamonds. To qualify for the Bonus Pool a Diamond must have an organizational volume of 800 hardware units for the current month.

 

Leadership Bonus Pool: For each calendar month we will reserve 1% of the company's hardware sales and place it in the Leadership Bonus Pool. This pool will be divided among those Leaders who have demonstrated a commitment to the business and are currently providing weekly Business Briefings and Training.

 

Promotion Bonuses: We will reserve .5% of the company's hardware sales for the Promotion Bonus. We will use the Promotion Bonus to provide dealers/distributors with support functions, contests, and promotions.
